How Suporte T3i handles the data of people who request support.
01Who we are
Suporte T3i is a T3i Experience service. T3i Experience is the controller of the data handled on this portal and in support sessions. For anything about personal data, contact us through Official WhatsApp.
02What data we handle
- Request form: name, company, email, phone, type of support, approximate number of computers and the description you write.
- Technical data from the submission: IP address, date and time, used for security and to prevent abuse.
- Remote support: computer name, operating system, IP address and connection logs (technician, date, time and duration).
- WhatsApp conversations, when you choose to talk there.
We do not ask for passwords, card details or documents. During the session, the technician sees the screen live to solve the problem. The screen is not recorded.
03What we use it for
- Respond to your request and arrange the support.
- Prepare proposals for businesses.
- Provide the agreed technical support.
- Keep the portal and the support dashboard secure.
- Meet legal obligations.
04Legal bases
We handle data under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018): preliminary procedures and performance of a contract (art. 7, V), legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention (art. 7, IX) and compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II).
05Who we share it with
We do not sell data. We share only what is necessary with the server hosting provider, with WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to talk there, and with authorities when the law requires it.
06How long we keep it
- Requests that do not become a support session: up to 180 days.
- Data of clients we served: for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods the law requires.
- Portal access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014, art. 15).
- Support dashboard logs: 180 days.
07Your rights
You can request, at any time: confirmation that we handle your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing and review of your consent, under art. 18 of the LGPD.
To exercise these rights, contact us through Official WhatsApp. You can also contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
08Security
We use encryption in communication, restricted access with individual logins and two-step verification, access logs and backups. No system is completely free from failures. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.
09Cookies
The public portal does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. The technical team's dashboard uses cookies only to keep technicians signed in.
