Guidelines for safe remote support, from download to the end of the session.
What T3i does. To protect the session.
Server operated by T3i
Connections go through a T3i server, set up only for support.
Encryption
Communication between your computer, the server and the technician is encrypted (TLS).
Individual login
Each technician signs in with their own account and two-step verification.
Access log
The system records who connected, to which computer and when.
No screen recording
The session happens live. The screen is not recorded.
Minimum permission
Each technician accesses only the computer groups for their work.
What you do. To avoid scams.
- Download the app only from suporte.t3i.site/baixar.
- Contact T3i on the official WhatsApp, at go.t3i.site/whats.
- Do not share passwords by message, email or phone.
- Authorize only the connection you asked for.
- Stay near the computer during the session.
- Be wary of anyone who calls offering support you did not ask for.
Unexpected call? Hang up.
Scammers pose as support companies, banks or manufacturers and ask you to install a remote access program.
T3i only helps people who asked for support. If in doubt, hang up and message us on the official WhatsApp before doing anything.
Only with authorization. Always removable.
Company computers can have permanent access, so the team can help without anyone at the machine. This happens only with formal authorization from the person in charge.
The program appears in Windows under the name Suporte T3i and can be removed at any time, at the company's request.
Saw something odd? Let us know.
If you suspect misuse of the Suporte T3i name or a connection you did not authorize, contact the team on the official WhatsApp.
